Arbitrary Thoughts.
Why does the government make financial aid so tedious? When they can easily simplify the process with a little bit of pragmatic analysis and thought.  How the fuck do you fold a snuggie? “Noblesse Oblige” is possibly the most blatantly pompous name for an event.
